Our Sequence timer is used in the mechanical shaker filter bag that helps to energize and de-energize the multiple outputs at a time. Due to the behavior of sequential timers they are used in the filtration industry. The major thing that first comes to mind when it comes to a bag filter timer is its hazard-free nature.

It controls the cleaning cycles of bag filters for different models to suit different output requirements. When it comes to working, the timer shakes the filter bags at regular intervals. The shaking of the filter bag is an important part of such kind of a dust collector as it helps the filter to be clean and increases the efficiency of the system. The timer automatically shakes the bags after a specified time. The timer is operated through the microcontroller with the help of a relay. The relay operates the timer according to the instructions provided by the controller.

These devices operate in two modes:

1. Continuous cycle; wherein the bags are cleaned continuously and
2. On-demand filters cleaning; where the filter bags become dirty

Proper de-dusting of a filter is very necessary. It ensures longer production rate and long life of the filter bags. The timer will turn on/off the shaker motor as per the instruction given by the microcontroller. The microcontroller gives command to the timer through the relay about the time at which the timer has to activate or deactivate the shaker motor.
