PP wound filter cartridges are extremely efficient in removing Sediments, dust, dirt, rust, etc from water. Only two components are used to make Thread wound filter cartridges Yarn and core. We use Polypropylene yarn, Cotton Yarn, and Glassfiber yarn to make our wound filter cartridges. We wind these yarn on Polypropylene, and stainless steel cores are also known as bobbins. We have multiple string wound filter machines for making wound-type filter cartridge filters. Our wound yarn filters are available as a Slim wound filter cartridge and jumbo filter cartridge as well. Our Liquifil filters are made as both SOE (Single open end) and DOE (double open end).
Wound Type Filter Cartridge
Wound types Filter Cartridge are commonly used in case of minimum viscous fluids with very low solid content in them. They can also operate in great depths; making them applicable for depth filtration purposes. They offer very high flow rates with good solid loading capacity.
